Progression - Sheet music PDF, audio files, and MainStage project
My longest composition yet and my first piece performed in a concert - This is an experimental composition juxtaposing thick electronic textures over smooth acoustic layers, using a structure based loosely on the harmonic series. Part of a set of two compositions ("Integration" is part 2) composed for my MRes portfolio. Here you can purchase the full "Progression" sheet music with the audio and MainStage file. This track is designed to be performed with acoustic instruments synchronised with the electronic backing track that should be controlled using a backing track to allow for player rubato early on before the 22nd iteration onwards where electronics take over the pulse entirely.
You'll get a PDF with the full score and all parts, three audio files (one approximating the full piece, one with the uninterrupted electronics, and one with the 10 second gaps designed for the MainStage project, plus the MainStage file for performing the backing track.
